Gladstone Merri Evans III, 29, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty Dec. 7, 2016, to failure to comply with sex offender registration in case CF-2016-54. Defendant was sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment; with all except the first two years suspended under the custody and control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Woods County Jail. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $10,182.12.

Misdemeanors

Gladstone Merri Evans III, 29, Alva: Defendant pleaded guilty Dec. 7, 2016, to driving with license cancelled/suspend/revoked in case CM-2015-266. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,165.19.

Rosco Ray Campbell, 75, Stillwater: Defendant had been charged with sexual battery in case CM-2015-65. Defendant had pleaded nolo contendere in CF-2016-143 and sentenced to six years deferred sentence, in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, upon payment of cost and assessments.

William Wayne Brooks, 59, Guymon: Defendant had been charged with computer fraud/unlawful use of computer system and playing obscene/threatening/harassing phone call-second and subsequent in case CF-2016-35. Defendant had pled guilty in count 2 of this case and has been sentenced to six years deferred sentence, in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that count 1 of this case be dismissed, upon payment of cost and assessments.

Angela Faye Rhodes, 33, Freedom: Defendant had been charged with embezzlement in case CF-2016-83. Christopher M. Boring, District Attorney, in and for Woods County, State of Oklahoma, and respectfully moves the Court to dismiss the above-entitled cause for the reason upon the ground, to-wit: additional investigation in required. The District Attorney’s office had not received discovery until the day before preliminary hearing, without cost or assessments and without prejudice to refile.

Casey Rosales, 35, Hobart: Defendant has been charged with bogus check in case CM-2014-26. Defendant has been sentenced to eight years incarceration at Eddie Warrior Correctional Center on Kiowa County charges and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, without cost or assessments.

Leslie Adam Nolan, 26, Alva: Defendant has been charged with driving a motor vehicle while license under revocation in case CM-2014-325. Defendant has pleaded guilty in CF-2014-107 and has been sentenced to four years deferred sentence, counts concurrent, in the District Court and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, upon payment of costs and assessments.

Thomas Hankins, 43, Welch: Defendant has been charged with obtaining cash or merchandise by bogus check in case CM-2015-243. Defendant has paid outstanding bogus check restitution and fees totaling $236.40. Upon payment of costs and assessments, said dismissal will best serve the ends of justice.

Hali Faith Gassett, 27, Freedom: Defendant has been charged with assault and battery in case CM-2016-28. Defendant sentenced to four years incarceration with DOC in Caddo County CF-2014-244; and it is in the best interest of justice that this case be dismissed, without costs or assessments.

William M. Crouch, 47, Alva: Defendant has been charged with assault in case CF-2015-98. The court has deferred the sentence for three years. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $0.00.

Jeff Thomas Fike, 31, Woodard: Defendant has been charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving with license cancelled/suspended/revoked in case CM-2016-53. The court has deferred the sentence for two years. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $1,491.28.

Riley Scott Hess, 21, Alva: Defendant has been charged with a DUI in case CF-2016-108. The court has deferred the sentence for two years. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $890.80.

Jennifer Elizabeth Hipp, 43, Alva: Defendant has been charged with assault and battery in case CM-2016-174. The court has deferred the sentence for one year. Defendant shall pay total fees and cost of $796.
