School election is Tuesday

Polls in Oklahoma will be open for the regular school election next Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Voters in two school districts in Alfalfa County will have a chance to vote. In the Cherokee district, voters will decide whether to approve a bond proposition. Timberlake school district will be voting for a board of education position, Office No. 2. There are three candidates for that office: Quentin Sturgeon, Jay Jenlink and Chris Clift.
Woods County has two schools with board races. In the Waynoka district, three people have filed for the Office No. 2 positions: Travis George, Mindy...
