Alva Airport Commission to discuss turf runway construction

Construction of a turf runway and rental rates for the new T-hangar are set for discussion and action at the Alva Regional Airport Commission meeting Monday. The commission meets at 7 p.m. at the airport.
In addition, the board members will discussion and possibly take action on a landlord’s consent and subordination agreement between Terry Cline, BancCentral and the airport. Cline has built a hangar on leased airport land and plans to finance it.
There will also be reports from the airport manager and from city council....
