Charlie and Debbie Rose of Royse City, Texas, along with James and Janet Maltbie of Burlington, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children, Katie Alita Rose and William James Maltbie.
The bride is a 2012 graduate of Royse City High School and received a bachelor of science degree in agricultural communications and agricultural business from Oklahoma State University. She is employed with Koch Communications in Oklahoma City.
