Kiowa City Council had a full agenda at their May meeting. Last week the Newsgram had a story that covered the portion of the meeting regarding the city's application for a USDA loan and grant application process for a major water line replacement project and also an emergency generator at Kiowa's Community Building. A good audit of the city was also reported.
