One of the owners of Blue Sky Media, Steve Valencia, told the Alva Kiwanis Club last week that recently the firm moved KRDR FM to 800 Westlake Blvd. in the industrial site on the west side of town. He said KALV-AM will move to the same location within a few weeks. The tower for KRDR is the tallest tower on the Dacoma road (County Road 500), east of Alva, and the towers for KALV will remain north of town "in the flood plain" it has used as a transmitter site since its creation.
