Burlington's Board of Education held a special meeting the evening of June 2. The main order of business was hiring a new principal and music teacher. This is to replace Principal Shane Feely and his wife Kiley Feely, who was vocal music, band director and librarian at Burlington. Shane Feely accepted a principal position at an Alva elementary school and Kiley Feely is elementary vocal music teacher at Alva.
