PONCA CITY, Okla. (AP) — A northern Oklahoma woman charged with using the internet to solicit the killing of her ex-husband in Israel has been released from federal detention but will remain on house arrest until trial.

Danielle Layman, 37, of Ponca City was released Tuesday after waiving her preliminary hearing, the Oklahoman (http://bit.ly/2t4pio9 ) reported.

While on house arrest, Layman, who is pregnant, will be allowed to drive her children to and from school, visit her attorney's office and travel to her doctor's office in Kansas. If convicted, she could face up to 10 years in prison and...
