At a regular meeting of the Alva Recreation Authority Wednesday evening, July 19, five of the seven board members were present: Troy Smith, Greg Glass, Matt Tucker, Matt Stratton and Brandon Sherman. Missing were Kindsey Ely and Shane Hansen. City Manager Joe Don Dunham who usually attends the meeting was absent, attending instead the Tourism and Tax Committee meeting at City Hall.
