Suspects charged in liquor store burglary

 


A burglary was reported early Wednesday, July 12, at Allen’s Liquor Store, 916 Oklahoma Blvd., in Alva. With help from nearby video surveillance and assistance from the sheriff’s department, the Alva Police Department had two suspects in custody and stolen items recovered that afternoon.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Assistant Police Chief Patrick Hawley, Officer Sean Farris notified him of the burglary about 6:50 a.m. on July 12.
