Cherokee board hires five adjunct teachers

Five adjunct teachers were approved by the Cherokee Board of Education in their Thursday, Aug. 10, meeting. Approved for adjunct teaching status for the school year were Brooke Meyer for anatomy/physiology, Gayla Failes for photography, Lyndee Cudmore for biology/anatomy, Jason Collins for desktop publishing, and Amanda Stinnett for world geography. Meyer will be teaching classes at Northwest Technology Center.

Board members present for the meeting were Amber Wilhite, Tony Hellar, Kory Littlefield and Jeff White. Absent was T.J. Allison.
