1:59 a.m. Cherokee Manor advises a resident left around 2 p.m. and never came back. He has no family in the area. This is the first time he never has returned. Advised the subject was 61-year-old male. Advised he left on foot. Officer advised. Officer advised subject had returned to the manor.

2:53 p.m. Reporting party (RP) advised a female had possibly overdosed. Paged a medic. Advised the patient was not conscious. RP advised the patient also fell on Sunday and went to St. Mary's Hospital and she had a mild concussion. Medic en route. Patient came to and vitals were taken and they refused service.

3:36 p.m. RP needed an ambulance for his wife. RP advised his wife cannot get in a regular vehicle and needed an ambulance to get to the Manor. Crew responding. Medic in route.

3:46 p.m. RP advised he had renters move out and they took some things and tore a hole in the ceiling. RP was wanting to talk to an officer. Advised it was a civil matter.

5:31 p.m. Controlled burn 3 miles north of Jet.

5:32 p.m. RP called about a subject riding a four-wheeler around town. Advised officer.

9:14 p.m. RP advised her dog was missing. Last seen 1 mile south of Cherokee. Advised officer.

9:16 p.m. RP advised of a dog barking in Goltry. Advised deputy. Nothing can be done. Advised RP.

7:39 a.m. RP stated he had been involved in a car wreck. He requested that someone come help. Received call from another person on the scene of the accident and requested rescue. Tones for Helena medic. Helena medic and Carmen Fire Department en route. Patients refused medical help.

8:50 a.m. Alarm company called in a residential alarm going off. Contacted officer about the alarm. Officer advised everything appeared okay and made contact with the owner. Homeowner called and advised everything okay.

10:19 a.m. A female advised she had seen a neighbor with an ax coming towards her house and it scared her and would like an officer to check it out. Advised officer. Officer advised he would go talk to the RP.

3:09 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at the four-way stop.

3:52 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at State Highway 11 and County Road 700.

4:08 p.m. RP advised of an older man sitting on the side of the road west of the four-way stop. RP was concerned. Advised deputy. Deputy took the man to Alva's Holiday Motel.

5:51 p.m. Civil papers served.

6:10 p.m. RP reported 68 head of cattle out on Ellis Road and between county roads 480 and 490.

6:26 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at State Highway 11 and County Road 700.

6:29 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at the junction of highways 11 and 38.

9 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at County Road 660 and State Highway 11.

9:31 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at State Highway 11 east of State Highway 38.

10:01 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at 710 and State Highway 11.

10:35 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at State Highway 11 and County Road 750.

11:36 p.m. Deputy had a traffic stop at State Highway 11 and County Road 700.

12:02 a.m. Deputy had a traffic stop on State Highway 11.

6:13 a.m. RP advised some dogs attacked a cat and could not get ahold of the cat owner. Called the dog owner. Advised the cat owner feeds her dogs even though they told her not to feed them. The dog owner called back and advised they couldn't locate their three-legged dog and wanted to know if the officer picked up her dog. Officer advised he did not pick up her dog. Advised owner.

8:06 a.m. Officer had a traffic stop on Seventh Street.

8:22 a.m. RP stated there were three cows out near the bridge. Attempted to locate an owner in the area.

8:32 a.m. Deputy had a traffic stop.

3 p.m. RP advised an ambulance was needed at James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) for a 36-year-old male with head trauma. Paged medic. Medic en route. Medic took patient to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

5:05 p.m. RP advised of a 43 -year-old male at JCCC having a diabetic seizure and was unresponsive. Paged medic. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to Bass Hospital in Enid.

5:13 p.m. RP advised they had a minor vehicle accident. Officer notified. Paged medic and CFD. Advised everything was okay.

9:44 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop behind ACE Hardware.

10:46 p.m. RP called about a calf or small horse in a ditch over by Ingersoll. RP advised he tried to get ahold of owner but was unable to reach her. Advised possible owner.

10:52 p.m. Alarm company called with business alarm going off; called owner and also called deputy.

Friday, August 18, 2017

3:07 a.m. RP advised needing an ambulance for a man having cardiac arrest. Paged medic. Medic en route. Medic with patient en route to Bass.

5:28 a.m. RP called wanting an officer to check out her house. RP advised a neighbor called her and advised her door was open to her house and a lamp was on. RP was out of town. Advised officer. Officer advised the house was secure.

12:54 p.m. RP called in a gray SUV swerving all over the road and unsure of the direction they were headed. Deputies were informed of the situation. Deputy made negative contact.

3:16 p.m. RP called in asking for a cop to come to Cherokee Elementary School for an upset parent. Advised officer.

4:31 p.m. Controlled burn on Bryan and County Road 540.

5:13 p.m. Deputy at JCCC to serve civil papers. Made negative contact.

11:27 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at 10th Street and Euclid.

3:24 a.m. A call from Toni's Expresstop advised there was a man standing by the air conditioner and dumpsters. She could see him in her cameras. Advised officer. Officer in the area advised he would be looking for the described pickup.

8:33 a.m. RP advised there were two horses out by the bridge.

10:12 a.m. RP advised there was a cow out on State Highway 58 north of the County Line.

1:10 p.m. RP called in for a neighbor lying in the back yard; unable to get him up. Paged medic. Medic with patient en route to St. Mary's Hospital.

1:26 p.m. Controlled burn northeast of Jet.

1:42 p.m. RP advised someone had stolen their air conditioning unit from the bunk house. Advised deputy.

3:40 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop.

5:14 p.m. Alarm company reported a front door alarm going off at a residence in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania. Officer advised he spoke with the resident and advised everything was okay.

5:24 p.m. Officer had a traffic stop at United.

6:31 p.m. Controlled burn in Grant County: Logan Road between County Road 750 and 760.

12:11 a.m. RP advised they are 2 miles north of Ringwood on State Highway 58 and had hit a deer. She needed someone to take a report on the accident. Transferred to Major County.

1:52 a.m. RP advised there was a rattlesnake in her house. Advised officer. Officer advised the snake was taken care of and it was not a rattlesnake.

2:11 a.m. Officer advised someone was running on Kansas Street and lighting up cars with their cell phone. Officer advised he lost the subject and gave a description of what the person was wearing.

8:08 a.m. RP advised a black cow was out on State Highway 11 and County Road 710.

11 a.m. RP advised someone had driven through standing crops. Advised deputy. Deputy requested OHP. Deputy left scene of the truck; en route to the field with the farmer.

2:41 p.m. RP advised four horses and a donkey were out on Second Street by the park.

5:06 p.m. RP advised black cows were out on State Highway 45 west of County Road 710.

8:54 p.m. RP advised she had hit a deer but her car was driveable and the airbags didn't deploy.

10:25 p.m. RP reported a suspicious pickup and would like an officer to check it out. Advised deputy.

Monday, August 21, 2017

2:49 a.m. Lawton Police Department advised a crisis center called them saying a person had called and threatened possible suicide. Deputy notified. Deputy advised the person was located and was okay.

5:53 a.m. Manager of the Jiffy Trip advised a girl came in upset because she had locked herself out of her house. Deputy en route. RP advised the dad came by and picked her up to take her home. Deputy made contact with the RP.

6:26 a.m. RP advised that at County Road 600 and Harmon Road, 1 mile west of the Sale Barn, was a pickup that was in the ditch, stuck. Officer advised. RP back and looking for the driver. Advised he found him in another ditch. Driver was upright and moving but would like an ambulance to check him out. Paged medic. Medic en route. Medic with driver en route to Share Medical Center in Alva. Officer requested a towing company.
