Woods County commissioners approve courthouse lawn use for Homecoming

Each event that occurs on the county courthouse property must be approved by the commissioners. Standards – such as what can be brought onto the property and what restroom facilities will be available, along with needs for water or electricity – must be met. On Monday, the commissioners approved use of the entire courthouse block for the NWOSU Homecoming on Sept. 30.

Only one bid was received for District 3 chip and seal quotes. B & H offered a price of $16,567 per mile.

The only other action was to engage Chas. W. Carroll, P. A. to create a budget for next year.
