The Alfalfa County commissioners met Monday, Oct. 2, for a jam-packed meeting to discuss bids for a new cascade system and SCBA units for Helena Rescue, among other generalitems. Board members present were Jay Hague, Stan Tucker and Toby Walker.

The general items such as M & O warrants for payment, appropriations, monthly officer reports, and monthly highway expenditures were approved, as well as blanket purchase orders, the allocation of the alcoholic beverage tax and road crossing permits.
