Bulldogs Fall at Southern Nazarene

BETHANY, Okla. – The SWOSU Volleyball team dropped a straight-set decision against Southern Nazarene on Tuesday evening at the Sawyer Center in Bethany.

SNU won the match by set scores of 25-23, 25-17, 25-23, holding SWOSU to a hitting percentage of .072 for the match and just one set hitting above .100. The Bulldogs got a match-high 15 kills from Danusia Sipa Borgeaud, who hit .300 for the match with six hitting errors, but the rest of the offense totaled just 20 kills with 20 attack errors.

Other leaders for SWOSU included Allie Hoang with a double-double of 27 assists and 13 digs while Klemson Lancaster had a team-high 17 digs and Addie Aman recorded the Dawgs lone block. Kaitlyn Dillon finished with 14 digs and two service aces – tying SWOSU's single-season digs record of 643, previously set by Sladjana Smiljanic in 2011.

SWOSU (12-19, 7-8 GAC) concludes the regular season on Thursday night against Northwestern Oklahoma State on Senior Night at the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
