Nate is an 18-year-old senior at Freedom High School. After graduation in May, Nate plans to enlist in the military to pursue his college career. He also plans to run cross-country in college and hopes to earn his way to state competition. Nate loves to run, and you will often see him running around town to stay in shape.

Nathan's favorite high school memory is playing basketball and his biggest pet peeve is when people bother him while he is working. Basketball is his favorite sport because players have to work hard to become good.

His biggest accomplishment is getting his eye fixed. Nate suffered from being cross-eyed, and at the beginning of this school year he underwent eye surgery to correct his vision.

He admires his teachers for being able to deal with him and taking time to help him throughout his senior year. His favorite person to deal with is Katlynn Galemore because she is his only friend, and everyone else are acquaintances. The Eagle Times wants to wish Nate good luck through his journey in life with military and college.
