The members of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority had their regular meeting Tuesday night, Dec. 12. One of the items handled during the meeting was what to do with a large check, $45,204.55, that was issued a couple of months ago for damage to what they call the Clearspan Building.

It was a large fabric-like building of over 100 feet in length that was put up early in the rail park project on rented land so some immediate storage space might be available.
