Woods County Retired Educators Association learns about member benefits

 


On Feb. 15, the Woods County Retired Educators Association met at Gambinos, where speaker Jeffery Kail, district manager for Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA), shared some of the benefits of being an OREA (Oklahoma Retired Educators Association) member.

The main benefit is the many services available through the AMBA. One function of AMBA is helping present teachers obtain project supports. Teachers present a request for books, technology field trips, etc., then AMBA and Donors Choose work on behalf of the Oklahoma Education Association to gain funding, and Donors Choose orders every...
