Our school lost a tremendous leader on March 1. Mr. Elliott served as superintendent for Burlington Public School for 27 years. His outstanding reputation is well known throughout Alfalfa County and across our state. The students and faculty at our school had great respect for him and his leadership ability. He made Burlington Public School a great place to work and to go to school. Our community and our school benefited greatly from his knowledge and his dedication to keep our little town as well as our school well known for outstanding academics, its agriculture program and basketball.
