'Flipside: The Patti Page Story' musical at Herod Hall on April 3

The Northwest Oklahoma Concert Series is excited to announce its fourth and final act in this year’s concert series. “Flipdside: The Patti Page Story” will entertain the audience in Herod Hall on the NWOSU campus on Tuesday, April 3, at 7 p.m.

Soft-spoken Clara Ann Fowler wound up making a big noise in the entertainment industry: she became one of the highest selling female recording artists in history, selling over 100 million records with her nom de swoon, the fabulous Miss Patti Page. “Flipside: The Patti Page Story” is her tale.

Written from interviews with Page, “Flipside” features 28 of her greatest hits, including “Tennessee Waltz,” “Old Cape Cod,” “(How Much Is) That Doggie in the Window?” and “Mockingbird Hill.”

Created and conceived by Oklahoma-native artist Greg White, “Flipside” offers a personal spin on that Singing Rage, Miss Patti Page.

Winner of 18 Kennedy Center Awards (including Best Musical), “Flipside: The Patti Page Story” played to overwhelmingly responsive (and record-breaking) crowds at New York City's prestigious 59 E. 59 Off-Broadway Theatre. “Flipside” preserves the life and musical legacy of one of America’s most beloved musical icons.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at http://www.nwocs.ticketbud.com.
