Alva Police Chief Ben Orcutt held the first “Coffee with the Chief” this Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. in the City Council Chambers. This was the “first of many,” Chief Orcutt said. Every second Tuesday of the month the chief and Assistant Chief Patrick Hawley will host an outreach forum with the Alva community. All are invited to attend and discuss police/community issues with the chief.
