David Wayne Tuman, Alva, 50, has been charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery – second and subsequent and kidnapping ($695.50).

Ernesto Romero Carpio, Oklahoma City, 65, has been charged with two counts of lewd molestation and rape by instrumentation ($1,097.55).

Misdemeanor Filings

Ronald Eugene Coleman, Morrison, 44, has been charged with DUI and acts resulting in gross injury ($1,267.65).

Civil Filings

Jefferson Capital Systems LLC, St. Cloud, Minnesota, vs. Marsha L. Smith: money judgment for an amount $10,000 or less ($229.14).

Paternity Proceedings Filings

State of Oklahoma vs. Nicolas Lee Nunez, Longdale, and Mackenzie Rae Brune, Waynoka: paternity – with custody/support.
