An Alva man is facing drug charges after law enforcement officers served a search warrant at his home.

Clain Brian Schultz, 45, of Alva, is charged with maintaining a place for keeping and/or selling controlled substance, a felony. This crime is punishable by a fine not more than $10,000 and/or county jail imprisonment not more than five years and costs.

Schultz is also charged with two misdemeanors: possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
