Cherokee Public Schools will host its annual Veteran’s Day Assembly on Monday, Nov. 12, at 10 a.m. in the Cherokee High School Auditorium. All veterans and community members are invited to attend the event.

Kindergarten through senior choirs will perform several songs of tribute to our veterans. Keith and Margaret Smith will present the program titled, “Vietnam: One Veteran's Journey.” Keith will recall the three tours of duty and days spent in the fields of Vietnam while Margaret will recall the time she spent reporting those days.
