Four arrested in Alva on drug charges

Having gathered sufficient evidence for probable cause, Alva K9 Officer John Caviness and other law enforcement officers served a search warrant at 505 Logan St. in Alva on Thursday, Nov. 29, at 12:45 p.m. As a result of that search, four people are facing drug charges in Woods County.

William Dean Lieswald, 55, of Alva, has been charged with maintaining a place for keeping or selling controlled substance, a felony. This crime is punishable by a fine not more than $10,000 and/or county jail imprisonment not more than five years and costs. Lieswald is also charged with two misdemeanors: possess...
