A man who went to an Alva bar to pick up a friend was surprised to find his pickup missing when he went back outside. The incident took some odd twists before the pickup was located and a suspect was identified.

According to court documents, Dakota Nusser said he went to the Angry Bull Saloon on Tuesday, Oct. 9, about 10:30 p.m. to pick up a friend. Nusser told Alva Police Officer Brian File that he left the pickup in front of the door to the bar with the keys in the ignition and the motor running. When he came out less than five minutes later, his pickup was gone.
