Members of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority met for their regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday evening at Northwest Technology Center. Members Ed Sutter, Todd Holder, Allan Poe and Stan Bixler found no reason to convene into executive session, and instead opted to hear from the director of the Woods County Economic Development Committee, Sonja Williams.
