Kansas man injured in Alfalfa County crash

A Kansas man was admitted to the hospital following a wreck in Alfalfa County. Michael D. Farley, 48, of Wellington, Kansas, was transported by Alfalfa County EMS to Bass Hospital in Enid. He was transferred to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where he was admitted in stable condition with head, trunk internal, arm and leg injuries.

According to the highway patrol, Farley was driving a 2006 International tractor-trailer northbound at 6:03 p.m. Sunday on State Highway 58, 3/10 of a mile east of Byron. He failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle overturned three-quarters of a time, coming to r...
