SE's Webb Takes Home All-Region Honor

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern's Katie Webb continues adding honors to her 2018-19 season, picking up a D2CCA Second Team All-Region selection to cap her honors for the season.
Webb recently added the program's first Google Cloud Academic All-American honor to her resume after being picked as a first team all-Great American Conference selection.
She is the first All-Region selection for the women since Destiny Brown also took home second team honors in 2009.
Webb was leading the conference in scoring before suffering an injury and was at the time the only player to be ranked in the top five in both scoring and rebounding.
She averages 20.5 ppg and hauled in 7.4 rpg while shooting 52.5 percent from the floor and ranked in the top 10 in the league in assists.
She was one of four GAC players to earn Central region honors this season.
