South Barber Forensics has state qualifiers and were 3rd in HOPL

South Barber High School Forensics Coach Meagan Henry said the team placed third at the Argonia competition and third in the Hearts of the Plains League.
Team members who have qualified for the State Champs contest are: Haylie Drake, Oration; Kathleen Martin, Informative and Poetry; Olivia Pla and Maria Pedroso, Duet.
Those qualifying to compete at the state festival are: Destiny Lyons, Prose and Poetry; Ly Nguyen, Prose and Poetry; Reanna Dunlap, Poetry; Olivia Pla, Prose; Ruston Erikson and Lacee Wolf, Improvised Duet Acting; Haylie Drake, Poetry; and Malayna McKitrick, Poetry.
