Who better to judge Alva's 50th consecutive Nescatunga Arts Festival than one of Oklahoma's most acclaimed artists and approximately 40 year art education teachers?
Saturday, June 1, Dr. Bob Palmer will be in Alva to judge the fine art entries at the Nescatunga Arts Festival, known as Alva's Fair on the Square for many of its 50 years.
