FPS Academic Teams honored at Sports & Academics Banquet

The Freedom Public Schools' academic teams were recognized at Freedom's Sports and Academic Banquet on Friday, May 3.
The high school academic team scored nearly 2,000 points for the season, which ended with a win-loss record of 6-6. Blake Lee, Khrista McComb, Cade Kennedy, and TamLynn Link were recognized as All Star Players and given a trophy for their successes during matches and attendance to after school practices.
The junior high academic team was also recognized at the banquet. The team scored over 1,500 points for the season and came in third for the northwest district. Triston White, Levi Weber, Maddison Kirkpatrick and Brooke Denham were recognized as All Star Players and given a trophy for their successes during matches and attendance at after school practices.
