More information is called for about the franchise tax increase because some readers are less informed than I was. Many say they were concentrating on the pool/tax situation and missed the franchise stories. Some ask me things like – why do we have a franchise or what can we do to stop the tax increase on us? It will take a long story for that so I will just mention a couple of big points and do the rest on chapter two.
