The NWOSU Institute for Citizenship Studies is proud to announce plans for Constitution Day 2019. This year’s observance will involve an examination of the life and contributions of John Dickinson (1732-1808). The program is entitled, “A Conservative Rebel: The Life and Contributions of John Dickinson, Founder, Framer, Soldier, & Emancipator.”
