The Woods County commissioners approved a software contract and an agreement for mailing services during their meeting Monday morning, Nov. 4. John Smiley, Randy McMurphy and David Hamil were all present along with Shelley Reed, county clerk.

After approving minutes of last week’s meeting, the commissioners approved the following monthly reports: Assessor, collections, $301.65; County Clerk Office, collections, $15,092.55; Court Clerk Office, balance, $120,297.98; Election Board, balance, $4,470.98; Health Department, collections, $65.00; Treasurer, balance, $29,698.82.
