Liberty Bird of Alva was named Miss Northwestern Oklahoma State University 2020 during the annual Miss Northwestern competition on Sunday, Nov. 3. Libby Williams was crowned as Miss Northwestern's Outstanding Teen 2020.
Bird, a freshman business administration major, performed the vocal solo "Don't Stop Me Now," and her platform is "Engage! Encouraging Responsible Cell Phone Use."
Williams performed a vocal solo, "Where the Boys Are," for the pageant, and her platform is "Together We S.I.N.G."
Bird will receive a $1,500 tuition scholarship and a cash scholarship as Miss Northwestern. When Will...
