The Alva Goldbug Education Foundation awards the 2019 Mini-Grants

The following educators are mini-grant recipients for the 2019-20 academic year: Heather Hall team (The Christmas Craft), Kiley Feely and Naicee Sutter (Music Prodigies), Chasity Gingrich (Fidget Feet and Comfy Seats), Megan McMurphy (Soft Seats), Danielle Cushenbery 2nd Grade Team (Alabaster Caverns Field Trip), Danielle Cushenbery (Lap Desk for Learning), Emily Kennedy (The Bookworm Breakthrough), Emily Kennedy and Audra Halliburton (We've got the Wiggles), Melissa Maharry (Family Literacy), Kelli Killman and Chesnei Thomas (Flexible Seating), Chesnei Thomas (Sue Whipple), Baylei Hada (Supplemental Resources), Laura Lamkin (Oklahoma History/Social Studies) accepted by Coaches Dalton Beeler and Marcus Mead.

The Alva Goldbug Education Foundation awards the 2019 Mini-Grants for Alva Public Schools. AGEF awarded 26 mini-grants to classroom teachers this year. 2019 Elementary Mini-Grant awards are $5,376, while secondary mini-grants are $2,773.
