The Woods County Industrial Development Authority (WCIDA) met on Tuesday morning with all members present. Chair Rick Cunningham, Randy McMurphy, Stan Kline, Richard Ryerson and Connor Martin were joined by the Woods County Economic Development Committee (WCEDC) Executive Director Sonja Williams. The group began by looking at the minutes from the Sept. 11 meeting, as well as those from the Oct. 2 special meeting where Dr. Kay Decker, the executive director of Freedom West Community Development Corporation, was granted $8,000 in matching funds on behalf of the Public Art and Signage Committee....
