Losing the stress-eating weight

Some days it seems like my to-do list multiplies with each hour. The things I planned to accomplish that day keep being pushed aside by more pressing matters. For instance, I accidentally dumped half a diet soda on my desk and phone Monday. Dealing with that took some time out of my day!

In addition to work, I’m still handling chores related to my husband’s death like getting account names changed, canceling services and figuring out passwords. It’s a slow process.
