School board to consider out-of-state travel requests, superintendent's contract

Two out-of-state travel requests are on the agenda for the Alva Board of Education meeting Monday. The board will meet at 5 p.m. at the district office at 418 Flynn St.
The Alva High School and Middle School track teams are asking approval to participate in Kansas track meets at South Barber and Chaparral on March 31, April 14 and April 16.
Longfellow Elementary is requesting to travel to Wichita, Kansas, to attend the Sedgwick County Zoo on May 7.
