At the 5th Annual Citizens Choice Awards Gala in Alva Feb. 10, Kayla Leeper was presented with the Youth Entrepreneur Award.

At the age of 9, she made a request to her parents to help others to feel better, to smile and to receive kindness. Kayla's Kindness Project began in 2018 as Leeper enrolled in her first year of 4-H, and this became her service project.
