A public hearing is required before the City of Alva can send in an application for a CDBG grant. The public hearing will be held via videoconference. Members of the Alva City Council and members of the public will attend through an online connection. If audio is lost or the link to one of the council members is lost, the hearing must be restored within 30 minutes or it will be stopped and reconvened on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
