Inmate sports new pair of shoes

 


A prison inmate taken to another county for a court date returned with a new pair of shoes. According to court records, James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) staff noticed the inmate was not wearing standard prison-issued footwear. When they checked, the shoes held an interesting extra.

On March 11, Agent Shane Rhames was asked to investigate the introduction of illegal contraband at JCCC in Helena. Rhames is employed as an agent with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Office of Inspector General.
