Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell visits Sen. Pederson at Burlington

Last Thursday morning a small group of Burlington residents gathered at the town's Purple Pride Park. They came to visit with Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell who came to Burlington to see Sen. Roland Pederson during wheat harvest and show his support for Pederson's reelection to the state senate.

While visiting with the townspeople, Pinnell and Pederson were called to take a picture in front of the Burlington sign. City Clerk and Treasurer Marci Hyde presented them both with beautiful, large Keys to the City of Burlington. She had asked FFA Advisor Wyatt Shaw to make them with his plasma cut...
