Social media post leads to felony charges

 


A social media post caught the attention of local law enforcement. Further investigation led to felony charges being filed against a Shawnee man.

According to documents filed in the case, on June 23 at 10:04 p.m. Woods County Undersheriff Keith Dale observed a Facebook video posted by Lucian with MotorCity Justice at approximately 9:25 p.m. The video depicted a white male called “Joe” being confronted outside of Love’s Country Store in Alva.
