Harrah man charged with obtaining $1,650 under false pretenses

A felony warrant has been issued for a Harrah man on a Woods County charge. David James Downey, 47, of Harrah, has been charged with felony value false pretenses and/or con game. This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term not to exceed two years or in the county jail for a term not to exceed one year, or by a fine not to exceed $5,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
