According to Alva Recreation Complex (ARC) Director Courtney Nesseralla, the gym floor in the Pete and Ruth Leslie Fieldhouse has been refinished. She told the ARC Board Wednesday that soccer forms are being accepted with soccer to begin Aug. 30. Football will start Sept. 11.

Board members present for the meeting were Dr. Troy Smith, Matt Tucker, Gregg Glass, Chad Fisher and Shane Hansen. Brandon Sherman arrived a little late. Jaci Heaton was absent.

Nesseralla said summer tournaments went well, and they may try to hold a one day softball tournament this fall.
