At Monday’s special meeting, Alva Hospital Authority (AHA) trustees discussed continuing issues with TruBridge, the company hired about two years ago to improve patient billing.
At the end of November, the trustees held a special meeting to approve the Covid-19 Vaccination Mandate Policy and Procedure. On Dec. 3, it was rescinded in another special meeting after a federal court stay. In the Jan. 31 meeting, the policy was again approved. The first vaccination is required by Feb. 14 and the second by March 15. Employees will be able to apply for exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
