McKenzie Olson is the daughter of Daniel Olson and Latasha Olson. She was born in Enid and has seven siblings. Her favorite subject in school is math and she is very involved in robotics, band, vocal and the Skordle team streaming school events.
She enjoys painting, reading, and learning code. Her greatest accomplishment would be "getting to where I am now." The best book she has ever read was the Eragon Series and her favorite TV shows are the Supernatural and Doctor Who. She enjoys eating chicken Crispitos, which are her favorite food. McKenzie's favorite quote is from The Doctor: "People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly...time-y wimey stuff."
Her advice to the underclassmen is, "Nothing good comes easy. If you want something good, you have to work for it. Work hard and succeed."
After high school, she plans to attend college and pursue a major in computer science and a minor in mathematics. Her dream job is to become a video game developer/designer.
McKenzie wants to be remembered for how she tries to "look out for the minority and the ones that may feel like no one knows, or no one cares for. They tend to be the best people."
