WCEDC executive director reports low unemployment rate in Woods County

The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority held its monthly meeting Tuesday afternoon. Stan Bixler, Bob Firth, Allan Poe, Todd Holder (via Zoom), and Ed Sutter were present. WCEDC Executive Director Neal Williams, County Commissioner Randy McMurphy, and County Clerk Shelley Reed were also in the meeting. Joining via Zoom were Jill Shero and Shawna McWaters of Emblem Strategies.
